Spacious ensuite bathroom with separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and generous double-sink vanity. Down the hallway, guests will find a designated workspace on the second-floor landing where guests can sneak in a little remote work if needed. The two remaining bedrooms, one queen and one full, share the second full bathroom with a single vanity, a bathtub, and a shower. Living Area Layout: The open first level has sweeping views, high ceilings, and plentiful natural light. Comfortable living room area with floor-to-ceiling windows and gorgeous lake views. Guests will enjoy the plush couch and loveseat, gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV. Kitchen/Dining Layout: Fully outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar seating and wrap-around counters. Guests will have everything provided to easily prepare meals; kitchenware, pots/pans, glassware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area, situated behind the living room and next to the kitchen, has a large oak table for up to six. The first floor also has a half-bath and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, iron, and basic cleaning supplies. Outdoor Amenities: This beachside condo provides easy access to the outdoors only steps from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Serene views can be enjoyed from the primary suite deck or the lower-level covered deck. Tasks include tidying up, returning furniture to its original location, locking doors and turning off lights, and resetting the thermostat. It helps our staff immensely! Rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced, especially occupancy limits and age requirements. NO smoking allowed. NO parties allowed. In the case of fines or eviction, we do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early arrivals, or early departures.
