Best of all, the primary bedroom offers a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom, complete with beautiful double-vanity sinks and a designer walk-in glass shower. The comfy guest bedroom comes with a queen bed and cozy reading nook for unwinding after beach fun. And the bunk room is great for young ones, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and soft carpeting. These two bedrooms have access to a half-bath and a full guest bathroom with a soaker tub and double vanity. Once you’re unpacked and settled in, it’s time to check out the charming living spaces! DEPARTURE: We provide a short, easy-to-follow departure checklist. Tasks include tidying up, returning furniture to its original location, locking doors and turning off lights, and resetting the thermostat. It helps our staff immensely! Rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced, especially occupancy limits and age requirements. NO smoking allowed. NO parties allowed. In the case of fines or eviction, we do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early arrivals, or early departures.
